so close we can taste it!
Today is a day we’ve been waiting for for a really. long. time. Today we put our final touches on the cookbook, stuck a fork in it, and called it done as we sent it off to be printed. Today we celebrate by not eating a bite of a test batch of ooey-gooey chocolatey brownies (but we’ll probably be ready for that bite tomorrow; our appetites for sweets are virtually insatiable). For now, we’re going to revel in the doneness of our cookbook and look toward the day – later this month, in fact! – when we have it in-hand and can offer it to you for purchase.
This little digest is the culmination of The Lab’s creativity and collaborative spirit, both in and out of the kitchen, and shows off our talents not only as gluten-free bakers, but as designers, content developers and editors, and photographers. <sniff!> It’s been a lot of fun working together, girls! Let’s enjoy the moment…
